At Thank U From, each item is made-to-order with care and purpose. Because our products are fulfilled through Printful and customized for each customer, we have a specific return policy in place.


Wrong Item or Damaged Product?

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll happily send a free replacement or issue a refund. Just email us at thankufrom@gmail.com with:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue


🚫 We Don’t Offer Returns or Exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse (e.g., you changed your mind)

  • Wrong size/color selected by the customer

  • Delayed shipping (we fulfill as quickly as possible, but shipping times vary)

Since all products are printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds for these situations.

Please double-check our size guides before placing your order to make sure your item will fit as expected.


📬 Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to your local postal carrier first. If you’re still having issues, email us and we’ll do our best to help.

20% of profits from every sale go to a charity you select during checkout. These donations are non-refundable once the order is processed.
