At Thank U From, every order is made just for you — and always ships free within the U.S.

All of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand partner. This allows us to offer a wide variety of customizable thank-you gifts while reducing waste and supporting conscious production.

✅ Free U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimums, no hidden fees.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand in the future!

⏱️ Fulfillment & Delivery Times

Because each item is custom printed, please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • 3–7 business days for delivery (after production)

Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, promotions, or due to carrier delays.

🔢 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your item’s journey.

📦 Multiple Items May Ship Separately

Since we work with Printful and print items per order, some orders may ship in separate packages at no extra cost.

❗ Delays or Delivery Issues

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes deliveries show up late)

  2. Check with your local post office or neighbors

  3. Still missing? Email us at thankufrom@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve it
